In the next development phase, BUPBES is focusing on building a Sales team with excellent service mindset, flexible work handling abilities, and long-term commitment to the brand.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Consulting & Sales: Provide product consultation and support to customers on BUPBES's Website, Instagram, Facebook, and other sales platforms.
- Order Processing: Confirm orders, track payment status, package goods, and coordinate timely delivery.
- Customer Service: Assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, check product status, and support updating inventory quantities on the system.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with the Sales, Operations, and Production teams on tasks related to daily sales operations.
- Reporting: Track sales, orders, and provide periodic work reports to management.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in Sales / Customer Service / Online Sales.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and customer care skills.
- Ability to handle problems flexibly, quickly, and proactively in work.
- Effective time management and work organization skills.
- Proficient in Google Sheet and basic sales management tools.
- Ability to use English is a plus.
- Priority given to candidates with experience in the fashion / retail / local brand industry.
