ROLE

We are seeking a Content Creator responsible for building and developing BUPBES' content on social media platforms. This position involves not only content production but also researching trends, developing creative ideas, and proposing content strategies to enhance brand awareness and build community.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Content Strategy & Planning
- Research trends, fashion, social media, and user behavior to propose content ideas aligned with brand positioning.
- Develop monthly, quarterly, campaign, and collection content plans.
- Propose new content formats to increase awareness, engagement, and virality.

Content Creation & Production
- Brainstorm ideas, write scripts, and implement content production on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and other digital communication channels.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and production partners to ensure the quality of output content.
- Participate in filming, editing, or supervising production when necessary.

Performance & Optimization
- Monitor content performance through metrics such as reach, engagement, virality, and community growth.
- Analyze data and propose improvements to enhance content effectiveness in the future.
- Continuously experiment with new ideas, formats, and approaches to find growth opportunities for the brand.

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in building and developing content on TikTok, Instagram, or other social media platforms.
- Good aesthetic sense.
- Proficient in English.
- Ability to research trends, analyze user behavior, and translate insights into content ideas.
- Ability to write scripts, create content series, and develop long-term content plans.
- Proficient in content production tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.
- Ability to analyze content effectiveness through metrics such as reach, engagement, retention, and audience growth.
- Knowledge of fashion, pop culture, influencer culture, and social media trends.
