Orders containing pre-order items from February 3rd, 2026 will be processed starting from February 24th, 2026.
• IN-STOCK ITEMS
Orders with only in-stock items from February 7th, 2026 will be processed starting from February 24th, 2026.

During the holiday period, responses from our customer care may require additional time, particularly between February 14th and February 22nd, 2026.
